Sofia is having a wonderful time exploring…..cobblestone streets…..a castle from the 1300’s…..an interesting playground…..a cup of hot chocolate……..

The BaselWorld 2008 Jewellery and Watch show is about to begin and we are very excited!

Yesterday was spent creating our booth display by hunting and gathering nature’s various forms. Avara magnificently placed her e l e m e n t s jewelry and handbag collection on rocks, branches, and pieces of wood found locally. The effect is a stunning organic display of the elements, earth, air, fire, water, and wood infused and incorporated in the jewelry and handbag designs.

After our plane landed in Zurich, we took a 1 hr. and 15 minute train ride to Basel where we will be for the next 10 days exhibiting our newest collection, e l e m e n t s  by Avara (www.elementsbyavara.com).  We are enjoying the scenery and accommodations aboard the Swiss Diamond cruise ship docked on the Rhine just 15 minutes from the show.

The Press Preview for Avara Yaron’s latest collection, e l e m e n t s by Avara, was held at the Bryant Park Hotel in New York City on March 26th under the direction of PR firm Loving + Company and the designer herself. Fashion editors from the major magazines loved both the jewelry and the handbags and gave the overall collection a very positive and enthusiastic response.

e l e m e n t s by Avara will be unveiled at a Press Preview in New York City March 26th at the Bryant Park Hotel, and then it is on to BaselWorld 2008 in Basel, Switzerland from April 3 - April 10.  We will be back in the office ready to take your orders on Tuesday April 22nd.
